April Tjalas Life Coaching – Terms of Service

Welcome to the journey of self-improvement, clarity, and probably a few reality checks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in life coaching services provided by April Tjalas. By engaging in these services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms (and if you don’t, well, this probably isn’t for you).

All coaching services are non-refundable. Why? Because transformation takes commitment, and commitment means sticking with it. If you decide halfway through that personal growth is too hard, that’s on you, not me. Consider this tough love in action.

Let’s be clear: I can give you tools, strategies, and a well-placed kick in the right direction, but I cannot magically fix your life for you. Results depend on your effort, honesty, and follow-through. If you're looking for a magic wand, try Disneyland.

Coaching sessions require active participation. If you ghost your session without prior notice, that’s time lost—no reschedules, no refunds, no whining. Respect the time, respect the process, and let’s get to work.

This is a judgment-free, action-oriented zone. I will challenge you, but I won’t tolerate disrespect, excuses, or a victim mentality. If you want someone to coddle you, there are plenty of therapists for that (and they probably have better patience than me).

Everything we discuss stays between us—unless you’re planning a crime or endangering yourself or others. In that case, I’m legally required to take action. Otherwise, your rants, breakthroughs, and questionable decisions stay safe with me.

Payment is due upfront because, again, no refunds. Coaching is an investment, and like any good investment, it requires skin in the game. Payment secures your sessions and my time, so once you’re in, you’re in.

Coaching is not therapy, and I am not responsible for your emotional baggage. I will guide, push, and challenge you, but if you need deep emotional healing, seek a qualified therapist. My job is to help you move forward, not dwell in the past.

By signing up, you acknowledge that these are the terms—non-negotiable, unapologetic, and absolutely necessary for real progress. If that excites you, we’re going to get along just fine. If not, well… no hard feelings, but this isn’t the right fit.

By engaging in life coaching services with April Tjalas, you agree to these Terms. Now, let’s get to work.Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
• Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
• Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
• Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
• Disable user accounts.
• Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.
